It Doesn't Fit: The Dilemma of Computer Software and Patent / Copyright Law
Abstract
Recognition of the need for changes to the existing United States copyright law framework to provide for the protection of computer software technology and products is discussed. Review and comments are provided on the specific themes for change that emerged from the 1994 Columbia Law Review Symposium on Intellectual Property. Support for reform and progress on the issue is considered.
