Assuring Quality in the Assessment of Negotiation Skills: a Case Study in the Teaching of Trusts
Abstract
This paper examines one aspect of the integration of professional and generic capabilities within the content of substantive undergraduate law units in the Faculty of Law at Queensland University of Techology. As a case study the authors examine the assessment of negotiation skills in the area of Trusts. They argue their assessment framework is a practical tool in assuring quality in assessment and identifying best practice assessment methods.
