Abstract

Advances in electronic finance have grown in popularity since the evolution of of the Internet. This article highlights the popularity in electronic commerce and the ease with which transactions can take place, with the safety of cryptographic systems. Despite this safety however, comment is passed on the criminal element of society and the ease with which they can exploit the electronic commerce net. The implementation of statute and better security systems does however balance the arena to persuade the reader that conventional forms of money and financial transactions will in the future be museum pieces.
