Abstract

Dr McLeod reviews the Legal Interviewing: Theory Tactics and Techniques by KA Lauchland and MJ Le Brun. Mcleod says "the treatment is pitched at the undergraduate reader. Indeed the book has something of the feel of course materials." The book examines legal interviewing technique. McLeod is also somewhat critical of the structure of the book but endorses its content. The book concentrates on lawyer client communication.
