Abstract

This is a comment to accompany the article elsewhere in this issue of E Law by the Australian Attorney General "Copyright Reform: The Government's Agenda". It argues that, although copyright is the currently preferred vehicle for regulating intellectual property issues arising out of the Internet, copyright is the wrong vehicle for this purpose.
