Abstract

The author reviews a recent Romanian case concerning pharmaceutical patent infringement in the context of Romanian intellectual property law. He concludes that the Romanian patent system provided the owner of a foreign patent with the means to claim the recognition of its rights on Romanian territory and legal protection according to all domestic standards in force.
