Supreme Court of Canada's cases on the Internet via SGML
Abstract
The authors present a detailed examination of how they placed the decisions of the Supreme Court of Canada on to the Internet. The article focuses on technical matters and problems that arose from this endeavour. A large part of the article discusses the use of the SGML program language which was adopted by the authors to overcome many of the difficulties that arose from dealing with such a large collection of judgements.
