Abstract

The article outlines the needs of a system for legal citation. It then examines the particular characteristics of electronic information. The author discuss how a legal; citation system can be developed which is appropriate for both legal referencing and electronic information. The article concludes by proposing a citation system as a standard for legal referencing of electronic sources.
