Australian Competition Law Books: A Review
Abstract
The competition law component of the Trade Practices Act Part IV applies to all business entities in Australia. The two books that are the subject of the review deal with restrictive trade practices but have substantial differences in the supporting case law as well as the importance of overseas approaches. There is a need for a
thorough and comprehensive text concerning competition law and these books do achieve that aim.
